How it works

Three tiers. You pick from each one.

There are two reward menus — Supreme rewards (the bigger ones) and Superb rewards (the everyday extras). Your tier sets how many of each you can choose.

Bronze

2–4 nights

1 Supreme + 1 Superb

A short break that still leaves with you something extra.

Silver

5–6 nights

1 Supreme + 2 Superb

A full week without quite ticking over to seven.

Gold

7+ nights

2 Supreme + 2 Superb

Our most generous tier — designed for proper holidays and longer business stays.

How do I join?

Book directly with us — by phone, email, or through the booking link on this site. We'll be in touch before your stay to confirm your tier and walk you through the reward menu.

Do third-party bookings count?

No — Friends Rewards apply only to bookings made directly with us. Bookings via Booking.com, Expedia and similar platforms aren't eligible.

Can I claim after my booking is confirmed?

Rewards must be selected before your booking is confirmed. We can't add them retrospectively.

Do all rates qualify?

The programme applies to standard rates. Discounted or promotional rates aren't eligible.

When did the programme start?

Bookings must have been made on or after 10 July 2019 to qualify.
