Most of what guests want to know — answered. If yours isn't here, just call.
Junior Suites (1 and 3) are 37 m² (400 sq ft). One-bedroom apartments are 40–50 m². Two-bedroom apartments are 50–52 m². Our largest layout is 102 m² (1,095 sq ft).
Front-facing suites — 2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 14 and 16 — look directly over Douglas Bay. Suites 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12 and 15 are rear-facing and don't have a sea view, but tend to be quieter.
Junior Suites are open-plan and rear-facing. The One- and Two-Bedroom Apartments have a separate bedroom (or two) and a separate living area. Two-Bedroom apartments are also front-facing.
Configurations vary by apartment — super king, twin, double or sofa beds. Just let us know what you'd like when booking and we'll set it up before you arrive.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests per apartment, in line with fire regulations.
Yes — call, email, or note your preference when booking. We'll confirm subject to availability.
Yes — to the Visit Britain self-catering specification. Hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, plus the cookware and crockery you'd expect.
All apartments have an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and toiletries.
Yes — cots are available on request. Bedding for cots isn't included.
Not in the apartments themselves. We offer a same-day laundry service (£24) and self-service laundry facilities (£10 per load — your first weekly load is on the house).
Smart TVs in every apartment with Netflix, Now TV (including Sky Sports and Sky Movies) and Amazon Prime.
Standard check-in is 15:00, but we'll happily store bags before then if you want to drop them off.
Our reception is virtual — knowing when you're arriving lets us send door codes and the welcome letter at the right time.

There isn't one. Close the door behind you and leave. Standard checkout is 11:00; late departures are easy to arrange.
Yes — please coordinate with reception in advance so we know to be on hand.
We don't use physical keys. Codes are emailed to you ahead of arrival and printed on the welcome letter. Codes change regularly.
A welcome pack is provided in your apartment. Restaurant breakfasts at Coast can be charged to your room.
Tea, instant coffee, sugar, filter coffee, milk, bread, butter, jam and a selection of cereals.
It's provided on arrival. Additional items are available on request.
Yes — Tesco and Robinsons home delivery are both accepted. Bear in mind kitchen storage when ordering. We're also happy to shop ahead of your arrival.
Yes — a fully-functional cardio gym with treadmills, bikes and weights. Open 24/7 to all guests.
Every three days as standard, with a linen change after seven nights. More frequent service is available on request.
Between 20 and 30 minutes by car from Ronaldsway Airport.
Yes — a stop is right outside on Loch Promenade.
A five-minute walk along Douglas Promenade.
Free 2-hour street parking is available with a parking disc. Promenade parking and several nearby paid car parks are also options.
O2, Vodafone and EE are confirmed working in the building. Other networks: best to check with your provider.
One dog-friendly apartment is available — Suite 8. A small charge applies. We'll provide a dog bed and food/water bowls.
Yes, accessing all floors with minimal steps. See our access statement for full details.
Local landline calls are free. Other outgoing calls are charged to your room. International calls are disabled by default.
To make sure your apartment is configured the way you want it before you arrive — bed setup, special requests, dietary preferences, anything else.
Yes, we strongly recommend it. Deposits may not be refundable if travel plans change.
